Our 10 double and single rooms are unique and all tastefully decorated. They are in turn intimate, warm with character. In this place that reserves you a lot of surprise hides two apartments, a patio and an interior terrace. A «bed and breakfast» atmosphere in a hotel full of charm.

Access
Rooms 1 & 6 are equipped for the hearing impaired and visually impaired. The hotel is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. We have no lift within the hotel.

Take advantage of your stay in Kan Avel to walk to the large beach 180 meters away and enjoy the local shops close to the hotel in Saint-Lunaire. Every Sunday morning enjoy the Saint-Lunaire market at the foot of the hotel. A few meters from the hotel, there are many activities: you can play golf in Dinard, walk the paths of the GR 34, play tennis at 50m, rent a bike and stroll in the nearby towns, go and enjoy a cocktail at the bar of Nessay in Saint-Briac sur Mer, continue your trip in the evening to the restaurant, then finish your evening at the San Sebastian, the festive tapas bar of the coast for a game of wild darts. Special mention for the location of our hotel, located between Mont-Saint-Michel and Cap Fréhel to visit our beautiful Emerald Coast, with the nearby towns of Saint-Malo and Dinard.
