Terms and conditions

The rates communicated are public, in euros, taxes and services included with the exception of the tourist tax that will be paid on site.

Rooms and apartments are available from 5.30pm, and must be vacated by 10.30am.

The rooms, apartments, and all common indoor areas are non-smoking.

Room rental:

To confirm your reservation, we ask you to pay 50% of your stay.

The balance will be payable upon arrival.

Your room rate includes the overnight stay, with beds made and towels.

Apartment rentals:

An inventory will be carried out during your arrival in the accommodation as well as during your departure. A deposit of €100 by credit card will be requested at the time of the check-in and will be returned to you during the check-out. In the event that the condition of the exit premises is different from the condition of the entry premises (cleanliness, degradation, losses, etc.) degradation penalties will be charged.

For your departure, please leave the sheets and towels in the bathroom and clean the apartment: clean and tidy dishes, vacuumed and emptied (containers next to the Church).

A surcharge of 60€ will be charged on the deposit if the cleaning is not done as specified above.

The rate of your apartment includes the overnight stay, the kitchenette equipped with beds and towels.

Cancellation conditions

Room rental

Cancellation and refund without charge until noon the day before your arrival.

In case of cancellation after 12:00 the day before your arrival, we will keep your deposit.

In case of no-show, we will charge you for the entire stay.

Apartment rentals

Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival.

In case of cancellation between 7 days and 1 day, we will keep your deposit.

In case of no-show, we will charge you for the entire stay.
